IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Where possible please have deliveries sent to a work place or residence where someone is available to receive the item. We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.
Multiple addresses
Unfortunately you may only ship to one address per order. If your order contains gifts or items that require shipping to multiple locations, you will need to place separate orders for each address.
RETURNS :-
If you are completely not satisfied with your purchase (DAMAGE DURING SHIPMENT OR WRONG ITEM) you can send it back to us.
Returns must be made within 7 days from date of purchase.

To make the process run smoothly and faster, do email your inquiry with picture(s) of your item(s) to best describe the matter & condition.
We will assist you as soon as possible. Please allow 7 working days for your inquiry to be processed.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be returned in the original packaging together with receipt.
If you return an item that does not meet the requirements for returns set out above, we reserve the right to reject the return.
REFUND :-
Currently, we only accept return request(s) for damaged, faulty and/or incorrect item(s) received for order(s) placed on www.thehuboug.com
Partial and full refund(s) may be offered by The Seller for return request(s), subject to the assessment of the actual item(s) by our Customer Service.
This policy is only applicable to purchase(s) made online via www.thehuboug.com website. For any purchase(s) made in-store at any of our outlet, please refer to the original place of purchase to request for a return.
This policy does not affect your consumer rights under the Malaysian law.
How long will it take?
Please allow a minimum of 14 working days from the date we receive your return package to you.
How about postage charges?
Customer would have to bear the postage fee shipped back during the return process.
