Café Solís & Cordero S.A was founded in 2018 by the Solís Cordero family with the purpose to offer fair and stable business opportunities for coffee producers in the surrounding region. Mr. Iván Solís, one of the owners of the business, has worked since the late 1990s in the processing and sale of coffee, bringing years of experience to the family’s young micromill initiative and helping to guide them through the first years. Along with processing and exporting coffee cherries, Solis & Cordero also conditions coffee in their warehouse for other processors, consults on processing and quality control, and roasts coffee for sale domestically.
